New for 2022!  All exhibitors (vendors and garden landscapers) are to apply online or contact (716) 741-8047 for other options.

Landscape garden exhibitor and vendor participation in Plantasia is open to landscape professionals and/or products/services related to the green industry. All exhibitor applications will be reviewed for approval.  If accepted, you will receive an invoice via email.  You will then be able to pay online with credit or mail a check with your deposit.

Plantasia Features

Two buildings of garden and vendor space!

Garden Spaces

  • 13 premier landscape garden spaces, ranging from 540 sq. ft. - 1,000+ sq. ft. To have a landscape garden space you must be a current member of PLANT WNY. Contact (716) 741-8047 or membership@plantwny.com for details of membership.
  • Cost per garden space is only $300 per member firm and includes web listing and live plant material based on the square footage of your space. It doesn't get any more cost effective than this.
  • There is a $50 fee for electric.  Please indicate it on the application.
  • Plantasia will be providing landscape garden spaces with company name signage. Our Plantasia guests come to see your beautiful gardens and too much signage can obstruct that view. We realize you would like to recognize your partners or those who provided support to you and you can do that in flyers or business cards that you would keep at your display table/stand. There is to be no other signage in your garden area but the sign we will provide.
  • Further landscape garden information will be provided upon your registration approval.
  • Comprehensive advertising/public relations program: TV/radio advertising, live television/radio broadcasts, media partnering with The Buffalo News, WBEN, Spree Publishing, and Upstate Gardeners' Journal

Vendor Spaces

  • Over 170 vendor booths (booths are 10' x 10' except for spaces indicated on map)
  • Vendors, artisan, and not-for-profits provide plants, tools, pottery, statuary, garden accessories, services, education, and more that are garden/landscaping related.
  • New for 2022!  Discount to vendors with a focus on selling live plants – houseplants, flowers, annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, etc. Must have 75% of your total booth space with live plants to get the discount. $100 discount applies to one booth.   Discount does not apply to Not-for-Profits
  • Cost per booth is $775 (non-member), $575 (member - dues MUST BE PAID by February 4, 2022), $275 Artisan Rate (Artisan Hall only), $425 Non-Artisan Rate in Artisan Hall and $150 Not-For Profit Rate (Artisan Hall only - 1 booth limit).
  • $50 fee for electric.  Must be pre-ordered.  Please indicate it on the application.
  • FREE-wireless, pipe and drape, small sign for your booth and web listing. Tables are extra. Corner space extra.
  • Vendors can use their own signage to identify their booth. We will provide a sign with your company name and booth number on it.
  • Comprehensive advertising/public relations program: TV/radio advertising, live television/radio broadcasts, media partnering with The Buffalo News, WBEN, Spree Publishing, and Upstate Gardeners' Journal.

Application/Maps/Additional Information

Please note that the application is your first step in applying for a space.

All applications will be reviewed for suitability for a garden and landscape show, even if you have been in our show prior to this. Once your application is reviewed you will receive an email invoice with the option to pay online or mail a check. If your top three choices are not available, you will either be notified of available spaces or placed to your closest choice. Plantasia reserves the right to reject an application. All deposits, once accepted, are non-refundable. Insurance (must be written as our sample indicates) and a copy of your Certificate of Tax Authority (if selling product) is required.
