Can I bring my pet? 

Service animals are allowed to accommodate patrons with disabilities provided the handler is in compliance with the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Are wheelchairs available for rent?

The facility does not provide wheelchairs or scooters.  You will need to provide your own.

Is food service available onsite?

Yes, the Event Center building has a concession stand that provides a wide variety of food options, an ice cream concession stand, and an adult beverage stand. Hamburg Gaming  (at least 18 years old with valid photo ID) offers food options.   There are several restaurants located nearby as well.

What does Plantasia do with all the plants after the show?

A good majority of the plants, trees, shrubs will be available on Sunday, March 15 at 6:30pm!  Your cash and carry donation will benefit the PLANT WNY Foundation.  You do not need a ticket because this takes place after the show is closed.  It is cash/check and carry!  Please note that your plants, tree, shrubs, will need to be kept indoors until planting time.  For further questions, please ask our show greeters at show entrance.  Plantasia also donates plant material from the show  to not-for-profit organizations.  Contact membership@plantwny.com for details.

Is Plantasia a family friendly event? 

Plantasia is for all ages!  Everyone can enjoy our beautiful gardens.  Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Preserve, The Buffalo Zoo, and the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens all provide activities of interest to families.  There is also face painting on the weekend and live entertainment all four days.  Check the schedule for more information.
